Refund and Returns Policy for EBR Trading
At EBR Trading, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a fair and transparent Refund and Returns Policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
✅ Defective or Damaged Items – If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
✅ Wrong Item Shipped – If you received a different product than what you ordered.
✅ Change of Mind – Some items may be eligible for return (conditions apply, see below).
❌ Non-Returnable Items – Perishable goods, personalized/custom-made products, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
2. Return Timeframe

4. Refund Methods

5. Shipping Costs
